INGREDIENTS
250 g of chocolate
250 g of flour (not containing any yeast)
500 g of sugar (if the chocolate you chose is very sweet, reduce the amount of sugar so it’s not over-sweet)
250 g of butter
4 eggs
4 pinches of salt
Preparation
It’s important to preheat the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
Then melt the butter and chocolate in a bowl.
In another bowl beat the 4 eggs and add all the sugar (if the chocolate is very sweet, reduce the amount of sugar so it’s not over-sweet).
Keep beating and add melted chocolate and butter.
Make sure everything mixes well so that you can add the flour and salt.
Do not stop stirring to get a uniform mixture.
Cover a rectangular dish with aluminum foil and grease it – we do not want the brownie to stick!
Then pour the mixture into the dish (spread with a spatula to make it more uniform and fill each corner of the dish)
Heat the oven at 180º C (355º F) and put in the dish. It won’t be long before we can taste it!
We recommend leaving it in the oven for 30 minutes, but it’s important from time to time to poke it with a knife to check the baking process. If the knife comes out dry and clean, the brownie is ready!
If after 30 minutes it’s not yet ready, don’t worry, leave it for a while longer; but make sure it doesn’t get burnt
Once it’s cooked, let it cool for about 20 minutes, decorate it however you want and it’s ready!
Enjoy!
