Cordobesa

This liquid gold understands Andalusia, the Cordoban sunrise and Sevillian flare.

Cordobesa knows how to be different. Unique. Its character emerges from a blend of Picual and Manzanilla olives.

The aroma of the sea searches for us, reaching the steep mountainsides to pervade our olives with a harmonious flavor. The Andalusian countryside becomes a sea of olive trees that sprawl across an area of 3.7 million acres.

We cultivate our olive trees in hedgerows, an innovation that means the olives can be harvested at just the right time to achieve the best quality and 100% traceability.

Extra Virgin olive oil is obtained without using chemical procedures or refinements and stands out for its superior quality. Among its properties is its low content of polyunsaturated fatty acids and its contribution in oleic acid and antioxidants.

Tasting

Tasting

Cordobesa is a unique variety originating from natural cross-pollination between its father, Picual, and its mother, Manzanilla Sevillana.

This combination of mother nature has created a wonderfully intense and fruity EVOO, with a flavor of green leaves and almond that give it its unique taste.

It is fruity and medium-low intensity on the palate. The aroma of vegetables, green leaves, almond shell and eggplant particularly stand out. Its sweetness exhibits a pleasant bitterness and a light, lingering spiciness.

Origin Cordobesa

Andalusia is the heart of the world production of olive oil.

The care of olive groves is a great specialty of the region that has led to the cultivation of olive trees in hedge.

This technique allows all olives to have the same exposure to the sun and mature at the same time, thus being able to harvest mechanically in a short period of time, guaranteeing perfect quality.
