After that time, add chopped green beans and zucchini, and also add raw pasta. Add salt and pepper to taste, cover and leave it to cook for a further 10 minutes.

After that time, add some chopped spinach, cooked white beans and chopped parsley. Mix well and leave it for another two minutes.

2. Puff pastry with scrambled eggs

This recipe is perfect for a family meal because it is simple yet delicious.

Put some Carbonell EVOO and finely chopped garlic in a pan. When it starts to brown, add a large amount of spinach and cook it a little. Add salt to taste and break 4 eggs on top of these sautéed ingredients. Stir to create scrambled eggs with spinach.

• Tip: When it’s almost ready, add some grated cheese to give it a juicy texture and more flavor.

Then place some slices of ham in the center of the pastry, pour the scrambled eggs over the top, and place another layer of ham on top of the eggs. Wrap the filling with the pastry, sealing it with a little egg, then bake for 25 minutes at 355ºF, using top and bottom heat. It will then be ready to serve!

3. Roast beef with honey and mustard

This is one of the recipes for family meals that is loved by the whole family, and it has a very original taste.

Season a round piece of beef and place it on a metal rack, inside a baking dish. In a bowl, make a mixture of two parts mustard, one part honey, and coat the beef with this mixture. Turn the oven up to 430°F, using top and bottom heat. When the oven is hot, place the beef at a low level in the oven.

Leave it to cook for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 355ºF and leave for a further 35 minutes until it is ready.

• Tip: When the meat is almost ready to be taken out of the oven, cover the base of a dish with Carbonell EVOO.

Then, cut some garlic and onion into julienne strips and sauté with salt until they start to brown. Add some flour and water, mixing until the flour is integrated. Take the meat from the oven and add the stock that the meat released into the mixture. Carve the meat and bathe it in this sauce. Simply delicious!
