The familiar Carbonell Hojiblanca olives are hand-picked and matured according to an authentic process which gives them a unique intense flavour. In Spain they are known as the “Perlas del Guadalquivir “ or the” Pearls of the Guadalquivir’, named after the river that flows from Cordoba to Seville.
