Carbonell olive oil is suitable for deep-frying. Best to use is Carbonell Mild or Olive. These variants are refined after pressing , allowing them to heat to higher temperatures.
However, frying with olive oil at a temperature above 200 degrees Celsius, may be best avoided, but also a low temperature is undesirable (110-120 degrees Celsius). It is important to refresh the olive oil after about 8 usages. For the best results in frying, allow the products you want to fry to reach room temperature.
