What kind of Carbonell olive oils are available?

Carbonell olive oil is available in the following variants:

1.) Carbonell Extra Virgin
Carbonell Extra Virgin olive oil is an oil obtained from the first pressing and has low acidity, made from carefully selected olives ripened under the Spanish sun. This olive oil has a rich, fruity flavour and is ideal for salads, as a basis for dressings or dips and as a seasoning, for example, with pastas, soups or sauces. Carbonell Extra Virgin is good for cholesterol levels.

2.) Carbonell olive oil
Carbonell Olive oil is good for your cholesterol. Ideal for baking, frying and stir-frying.

Carbonell Olive oil has a better heat stability and a higher smoke point (183 degrees Celsius) than butter and margarine (70-83 degrees Celsius). A product like meat sears quickly and therefore remains tender and juicy.

3.) Carbonell Mild olive oil
Carbonell Mild olive oil is good for your cholesterol. Ideal for baking, frying and stir-frying.
