Making a dressing is not difficult

A good dressing makes a delicious salad. It is not difficult at all. The basis for any healthy dressing is Carbonell Extra Virgin olive oil, vinegar and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Give your dressings a personal touch by adding freshly chopped herbs, such as chives, celery or parsley. With a chopped garlic clove you can make a delicious garlic dressing!


Baguette with Extra Virgin olive oil as a dip

Use Carbonell Extra Virgin as a delicious dip on a piece of baguette! Possibly with some (sea) salt.


Garnish your pizza with olives from Carbonell

The great taste of olives also fits perfectly on a pizza. Carbonell pitted black olives are ideal for this purpose.

A pizza can also bring great taste with Carbonell Extra Virgin olive oil. Drizzle on your pizza just after coming out of the oven!


Olives with lemon and thyme

Delicious with drinks or tapas! You will need: 300g Carbonell green olives with stone, 1 grated rind of a lemon, 7 tablespoons Carbonell Extra Virgin olive oil, 1 red pepper (cut into strips and take away the seeds). Mix it together and let it marinate for at least 24 hours.

Enjoy Carbonell olives with drinks! All Carbonell olives are suitable. It’s nice in addition to, for example, a piece of cheese and / or sausage.


Balsamic dressing

A tasty balsamic dressing you can put on the table in no time! For this you will need: 3 tablespoons Carbonell Extra Virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon mustard, salt and pepper. You only need to mix the ingredients!


How to make a vinaigrette?

The classic vinaigrette you make with 6 tablespoons Carbonell Extra Virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar, a teaspoon of mustard, one teaspoon Carbonell capers , a pinch of salt and pepper and a teaspoon of honey or sugar. Mix all ingredients together and add the olive oil (slowly) at the end of the process allowing the vinaigrette to bind better.


Bring your pasta sauce to taste

Always add a dash of Carbonell Extra Virgin to your pasta sauce or soup for a delicious extra flavour dimension!


A dash of olive oil through your pasta

After cooking, do not let the pasta ‘dry’ ,but stir a dash of Carbonell Extra Virgin olive oil through the pasta. This makes your pasta less sticky. You can also add Carbonell Extra Virgin olive oil to your pasta sauce, to give it just that little extra flavour sensation.
